2 months ago I had my surgery. I have gained 6 pounds since then.
Three weeks from today I'm going to Los Angeles & Las Vegas. I have 6 pounds to lose by then.
I'm allowing myself 2,000 calories per day, all from good whole healthy foods. I'm still deciding on whether Subway is a healthy food.
I'm going to concentrate on strength training, as I've read over and over it's the only way to maintain weight loss. This morning I walked/jogged for 30 minutes, then worked out for 10 minutes. I'm going to HURT for the next few days!
86.1 kg Lost so far: 15.2 kg.    Still to go: 2.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
