down another pound! I'm pretty happy with this, but I want to try and lose more than a pound this week. Even if it's just 1.1, I will be happy! :-)

The plan is to stick to my daily points for the rest of the week and never skip a workout.

I am down 44.8 pounds this year, and have 6 weeks left to make it to my 50 pounds lost in 2010 goal! I can do this.

73.6 kg Lost so far: 19.0 kg.    Still to go: 8.3 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
Losing 0.5 kg a Week
