I said I was going to weigh-in this morning so here goes. Due to back issues and not being able to go to the gym or pool I haven't been exercising as much as I should. I will try to do as much as I can this next week and log my food better as well. This is so hard during this Pandemic. I know. I need to get off of the pity potty and JUST DO IT!
