finally, back on track. hate that I let my parents visit cause me to gain a couple of pounds. it always throws me off. now, on to 150. i only need 11 lbs more to go to be exactly at my goal weight. hmmm, thanksgiving around the corner NOOOOOooooOOoooOOooo! Well, i'll make lots of delicious, low cal foods. best one is the cauliflower mashed pototoes, sans potatoes. LOL
