So I need to lose 10kg just to get back to a happy comfortable weight. (A weight I thought was "fat" back in the day)
Goal is to lose 4-5 kg before my bithday.
Just feel more confident now.
Miss the days where I only needed to lose 3 or 4kg but let myself go so badly.
I need to start somewhere because in half a years time I could complain about another 10 kg added or put in some hard work and reach my goals by then.
