Post Birthday weight 😏 Oh Well, it was worth it.... Back on it now.... Get those few lbs back off.... Veggie week in order I think 😊
69.4 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 7.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
