I think the weight gain was false. When I weighed myself at the doctor it was the end of the day. I weighed my self this morning ans was at 146.
66.2 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 5.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Well, you almost always weigh more in the afternoon, than the morning (all the food you eat and drink all day). But if you weighed in on different scales, there will most likely be a discrepancy because of that. Scales are calibrated differently, so you can get different weights from each one. Pick one scale as your official scale and use that one. Weigh the same time, same clothes, (morning is good before eating and after going to the bathroom), same scale for most accurate gauge to weight loss.
