I may have to re-evaluate my goals. I thought 162 was my goal weight, but as I'm adding muscle, I'm still losing fat....but I'm at the point now where I'm looking at gaining weight from this point forward! As someone that has battled weight issues all their life, this is a great feeling!
76.4 kg Lost so far: 13.0 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
