Just weighed and 3 lbs down today since starting am treadmill this week, WOOT !!! Amazing what 3 days of increased exercise will do! I'm in on that!!!
115.2 kg Lost so far: 10.4 kg.    Still to go: 42.6 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
