I was in FL visiting my father and stepmom for the week... was fully expecting to come back weighing a couple of pounds more than when I left, due to the fact that my dad is a big eater...

But they are working on a low-carb diet and I exercised EVERY DAY. I didn't eat that well, but I noticed I was eating a lot less and rarely even snacked. NICE.

12 lbs lost since I started exercising in the beginning of Sept. WOO.
112.5 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 26.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
