I was getting really discouraged over the weekend. It was my mom's birthday so we celebrated with pie... really yummy and sugary pie. Not the best meal when I'm trying to eat healthy. I refrained from eating more than one slice, and luckily i was able to still eat moderately. I'm about to start this 6 week program the blood sugar solution: has anybody tried it? I'm not doing it to lose weight as much as i'm doing it to eat healthier, but, of course, if i did lose weight as a side effect of eating healthier I wouldn't protest.
78.7 kg Lost so far: 0.7 kg.    Still to go: 17.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
