I can't believe how sore I am from Monday. I guess the 60 day break while doing Insanity didn't prepare me for the amount of push ups that I did when I last wrapped up P90x. I was determined to do the same and I set that goal. I hate it, but I love it!
76.2 kg Lost so far: 13.2 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
