Holy smokes! A five pound week! I haven't had one of these in a while! This is also a big weigh in because it marks 30 lbs lost! I now only have 53.8 pounds to reach my goal. My next milestone (in my mind anyways) is getting under 250, and then down to 244 (40 lbs lost) and 242 (half way to my ultimate goal!)

I know I can do this!
115.1 kg Lost so far: 13.7 kg.    Still to go: 24.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Awesome!!! Keep up the great work! My husband lost 70-ish lbs in about 8 months so I know you can do it too. He's holding steady at 192 and building muscle right now. It's amazing to watch the changes and I know your girlfriend must be excited to see your changes.
