Great news I'm down another 3 lbs. I thought I would put on weight this week from PMS or muscle gain from walking but I didn't. Next week I'm hoping to get rid of the 90's for good. Jim lost another pound this week to I'm so proud of him.
86.2 kg Lost so far: 11.3 kg.    Still to go: 18.1 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
