Breakfast:
2 pancakes
1.5 tbsp maple syrup- log cabin
egg
Dinner:
potato skins - 1.5
daisy sour cream - 2 tbsp
lettuce
cherry tomato
Italian dressing
shredded cheddar

Snack:
Carmel corn - snyder - 1.3 servings
cookie dough icecream

my period is 4 days late, I feel like my body is waiting until I have a normal caloric intake or some kind of nutrition or something. It's never this late. Sometimes its early. Today I decided to not count my calories- which means tomorrow I can't go back and try to figure out how much I ate.
62.2 kg Lost so far: 21.4 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.6 kg a Week
