Down slightly but measurably. One small step for me. One giant leap towards my goal. The ideal weight for my height seems to be beneath my goal weight.
77.9 kg Lost so far: 74.9 kg.    Still to go: 1.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
