I am 9 pounds away from my ultimate goal weight. sw: 183.6 cw: 134.5 ugw: 124.6 Sometimes I miss my website, but not having it gives me the chance to obsess and micromanage myself irl. To boost metabolism it is recommended I drink 2 cups of cold water before breakfast. I chug double. I'm drinking water when I'm hungry, when I'm bored, when I sad, and as an alternative to snacking. I use different straws to make it fun and to suck it down faster. I'm cold all of the time now, sometimes I just want to crack a window and give the AC a rest. I was called skinny on the 4th of July by both my father and my grandfather, neither knowing the other had said it. I played it off, but on the inside I was screaming "THANK YOU!! I'VE BEEN TRYING SO HARD!" it's like a high and when I lose weight I'm higher than I was before.
