Have been adding some jogging/running to my daily four- or five-mile walk. I walk on hills, so I've been trying to run the flats and downhill parts. Can only run UP one little hill, but I'm sure I'll get better.
85.5 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 24.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
