This is a tough slog. Tougher since I'm on the road next week and that makes it really hard to stick to my regimen.
126.6 kg Lost so far: 26.3 kg.    Still to go: 50.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Try to plan what you might do for snacking, and eat very light meals. I often do that. Even in a roadside convenience store, they might have dried fruits and nuts or jerked meats. Try to pack some snacks with you.

Thanks. That's a good idea. I was thinking that I'd be dependent on hotel food rather than on what my wife and I prepare. Re: Jerked meats. Are those good for portion control?
