maybe it was the rice, maybe its muscle? i dunno coz i didnt check my body fat this morning before i ran.
78.0 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 10.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

When carbs are eaten more water is also held, thats why if you see a person who is on a low carb diet their bodies will be flat so to speak. But if you consume moderate carbs (good ones) you will see that your muscles fill up more with glycogen so your muscles are rounder etc. Check your body fat tomorrow morning on empty stomach when you weigh-in and check it weekly or bi-weekly will help you gauge if its fluid or not.
