Well, new posh scales weigh as 4lb heavier then the old ones, so this big gain is still a small drop!? 😂 I do seem to have reached plateau country tho, even after a good week of exercise and sub 1000 cal days. I'm sure we'll get back to nice drops soon!! 👍

This happens, don't despair😅. After I started cycling my weight went up and then didn't change for 2 weeks. Although, if you do despair,will Jemima give you baked goodies?

I could earn my keep by baking then when I move in. Cinnamon swirls are a speciality of mine, as are muffins. 🥧
