Jim and I lost 2 lbs each this week 😃😃. I guess going over my 20 nc didn't hurt me to much this week, although I still have to try to keep them low. Tonight is our free night were going for Chinese. Until next week, I hope everyone has a good weigh in this week. My ticker stopped working again this sucks FS needs to figure out why it keeps stalling it.
87.5 kg Lost so far: 10.0 kg.    Still to go: 19.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Diamond and I just got done doing a 6 mile walk about an hour ago and I just got done having my steak salad. Then I'm gonna jump into the shower and rest until I go out to dinner. I hope everyone has a good day.
