Had ACV drink last night - 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar, 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice (that's three wedges, squeezed!), and 1/2 cup of Pineapple juice. It was weird tasting, but the shock only lasted a second, and the sweet really helped mask any vinegary-taste. So, I will be doing that again tonight! Actually quite excited about it! My hubby usually plays along with my health kicks, but he's not interested in drinking vinegar. I wonder how long until I see results? Since I'm also eating a lot healthier, how will I know if the ACV is working..... it's so hard to tell the effects of diet changes! Maybe I'll see if I start losing weight faster than my hubby.
I have a ton of lemons to use so I'm going hard-core on the lemon juice in my water lately. Sparkling, or filtered, it's great! I have only drank one glass of pop all week (I used to drink a couple a day!!!) because it was part of a combo deal.... No pop, that's gotta be healthy.
Anyone know if too much lemons is bad for your teeth? I had a dream that my teeth fell out because I drank too much lemon juice. :P
I am feeling great, but hopefully I can lose weight fast enough that I can enjoy the summer! Actually, fuck it, I'm going to enjoy it either way. People can just deal with me and my jiggly bits in a bikini.
