I get so stressed when my parents try to shove food down my throat and make me eat things.
At least they agree on something.
Tomorrow I'm going to start a liquid diet. I'm going to try and do this for at least 2 days.
my version will persist of smoothies, protein shakes, coffee?, tea, water, etc - and will excuse water based foods: fruit like watermelon, strawberries, cherries and vegetables like asparagus, lettuce, broccoli, carrots, etc.
63.0 kg Lost so far: 20.5 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
