Way to go! Are you following the prism diet currently? I restarted on June 8th and am going all the way and this time doing maintenance. Let me know how you are doing. I used this site awhile ago and am now on sparkpeople also. Cheri

Hey, thanks for commenting on my post. I honestly haven't been hardcore about the prism the last few weeks. I have been in a slump and do want to get serious about it again. If you don't mind, will you share with me what your meal plan is or just an idea of what you are eating. Thanks, I need all the help I can get! Have a good day!
