I was doing so good, but i messed up during the weekend. Piged out, big time. I have to get back on track and keep at my goal: lose two pounds per week. For every step back I have to give three steps forward.
80.6 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 19.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
