Down over a pound of water weight. I'm heading back to what I weighed before last week's surgery. I expect, before the end of this week, to pass below last week's low, on my way back to the goal (and, I hope,past it). I need to make sure I have some leeway for oscillation.
79.7 kg Lost so far: 73.1 kg.    Still to go: 3.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

It's a constant struggle, dear lady. I want my weight to stay stable at a healthy BMI. It isn't at all easy.
