Last week of the year and I think that I tried to eat my way out of the old year.
It was worse when our resident "baker" brought in everything that was left over from the holidays into the office.
In the words of Oscar Wilde, "I can resist everything except temptation!"
I am definately looking forward to Refocus Bootcamp and losing weight instead of finding it.
