Halloween was hard to resist, but I am going to be good to make up for it. And a friend and I have agreed to challenge each other to do push ups, sit ups and jump squats every night, now that its too cool to exercise outside.
62.4 kg Lost so far: 2.0 kg.    Still to go: 6.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
