YAY!!!
I lost 2 pounds in a week. Apparently it CAN be done. Ha!
The only thing that I did differently was cutting chips out of my diet.
But I substituted with air-popped popcorn, triscuits, wasa crackers, and baked french fries.
The only reason that I gave up chips is that I was eating them by the bagful; it's really hard for me to stop after one serving of chips.
For whatever reason I am able to control myself with these alternatives, healthier or not. :-)
YAY, 2 pounds!!! I'm only 7.4 pounds away from my big challenge of losing 50 pounds in 2010. 8 weeks to do it. I CAN DO THIS!!!
