April.1962. This for me is the easiest time of year for the Keto diet as I love BBQ! So anything and everything goes For dinner. BBQ steak, pork chops hamburgers, sausages, hotdogs, chicken, wings, shrimp, salmon. You Name it I love it on the BBQ it! I often have hubby BBQ bigger batches so I have enough food for a few days. I also love BBQ veggies, peppers, tomatoes, zucchini mushrooms, asparagus. And I also love salads in the summer. I love no lettuce salads as well, a mix of fresh veggies, feta, avocados and I make my own dressing with olive oil some lemon juice and fresh herbs from my garden! I also often mix whatever BBQ meat I’m having into my salad and make my salad my whole meal.
