I have felt so bloated the past few days and my digestion seems to be halted. I tried drinking more water, but its not helping... maybe I need to add some Bean-O to this high fiber diet.
63.0 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 6.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
