A New Low of 203!!!
What a Great overall week with exercising Cardio 3x (2-runs & 1-treadmill) and workout with weights 2x. Really stuck to my diet almost all 7 days around 2K Calories (+/- 100) and did my protein drinks whey morning and casein at night. Hopefully, I can see myself below 200 by Thanksgiving!
