I think this is a water loss, since it came so quickly. I've got quite a bit more to get off in order to get back down to 168 and stay there. I've lost discipline, especially after travelling, and I need to regain it.
79.7 kg Lost so far: 73.1 kg.    Still to go: 3.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
