I just can't seem to get off this swing of 1 to 2 lbs. All I can do is to try to keep focused on my goal and stay away from the cookies and treats...

69.7 kg Lost so far: 14.3 kg. Still to go: 1.6 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Look at it this way, you've been able to maintain where you are for a really a long time. You should feel great about that! The rest will come in time. Have a great holiday!
