For my birthday I gave myself food. I gave myself one whole day with 3 meals, a snack, dessert, vitamin gummies, and no exercise. I didn't chug water constantly and I kept all of it down. It felt good- at least when I wasn't too stuffed. Hungry feels good, but satisfied feels great. My boyfriend told me he noticed I was losing weight. He told me that he loves my body no matter what, and that as long as I am happy and doing what I want to. That felt good. I didn't feel like I had to defend myself like I do with my mother, but it also wasn't a rock-hard compliment like, "You look great! Have you lost weight?" implying I look great BECAUSE I am less weight. He makes me feel good. I don't feel ashamed for how I look.
However, I do want to be lighter. No one knows how light or how soon. I was almost at 135. Today was the ultimate cheat day. I'll probably have half a cheat day tomorrow since I have friends coming over. It's tough.
I don't know when I'll get to exercise tomorrow either.
62.4 kg Lost so far: 21.1 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
