When I Fluctuate, I usually go back to basics (meaning that I eat everything that I ate my first week of my journey), that usually refs up my Weight-loss, Hope this helps :)

Yes it helps, I’ve noticed also if I eat late or don’t sleep enough then it’s higher. Struggling to stay within my budget with this cold.
