So..I guess I gained .5lb bc I had that cauliflouer pizza last night. I thought it would be better than normal pizza..bc of carbs..but apparently I am sensitive to caulliflour pizza too. I thought if I keep my calories down, I will still lose weight..but I guess not! I had a feeling..
83.7 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 17.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Have you tried intermittent fasting? That helps a lot of people when just calorie deficits don't 🤷‍♀️ everyone is different, but you'll find your stride! Keep at it 👍

Yes that's what I've been doing..I have only 2 meals a day.
