first half of last week was really bad [i blame cheap pumpkins and delicious muffin recipes.] but really sorted it out this week and using the half term holiday to kick start diet again
80.4 kg Lost so far: 1.6 kg.    Still to go: 4.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
