I haven't seen the 170's in about a year and half..I dont want to give up before I get there.
83.9 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 18.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I haven't seen 170 since I found out I was pregnant with my now 4 1/2 yr old daughter but we are so close we can just start celebrating and work even harder push it up a notch. you got this better slowly than never.

That's good I take a one day a week brake which is Sunday don't log my calories that day

I'm afraid to have a cheat day yet. But I hope I can learn to do that without going overboard

It didnt go very well for me either so instead of a cheat day i have one cheat meal divide in two to eat at different times instead of one sitting which can in turn cause sugar spikes, stomach ache, bloating and expanding not good
