Nice drop in weight. I know it is only first week. Paying attention to 'Amino Acids' and not eating after 7pm. As I don't get done at work till 10pm that is tough... but I will tough it out for 25 days and see what the numbers say.
102.5 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 14.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
