A slow walk is better than no walk. I don't have an accurate time for yesterday's walk because I turned my Garmin off to take a photo of a praying mantis. I know I did three miles, but it took a bit longer than usual, I'm guessing 64 minutes. I'm actually looking forward to my Wednesday weigh-in! Shocking!
