Really struggling with my weight right now. Work is so stressful. I weighed in last week and I was 2 pounds less than when I started WW. I cried. But... then I started tracking again. I am down about 4 pounds since then, so I just need to re-focus.
What I did good today so far...
1) I went to Weight Watchers meeting this morning. 2) I went to gym and worked about for about 70 minutes. 3) I made myself a good sized breakfast that I am hoping will sustain me for awhile. It included protien, calcium,fruit, and a multi-vitamin that helps boost my metabolism.
Its mostly a head game for me. I discovered last week that I have high blood pressure now. I need to get my weight and stress under control so I don't have to take medicine for it.
