I fell off the wellness wagon on Mother’s Day and have not been eating healthy. Surprised I didn’t gain any new weight. I’m back at it with determination to break this plateau I’m on with my weigh in number. Open to suggestions.
85.6 kg Lost so far: 2.8 kg.    Still to go: 19.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
