I haven't stepped on a scale in 7 days. I went down my rabbit hole again over Josh and had a week long pitty party over what I thought my life was going to be. I am bloated, tired and look lost. started the work beach body this morning. it's the first day of a new month and I gotta get back on track
72.4 kg Lost so far: 2.4 kg.    Still to go: 4.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
