It's helpful to me to record my daily walking progress here. I'm not weighing in again until next Wed. Yesterday I walked 3.1 miles in 60 minutes.

I've been walking three miles a day since 10/1/10. This challenge is just what I needed to keep the streak going!
86.2 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 24.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
