i moved my weigh in day back to saturday. it seems like i am always rushing on sun morning,and i forget believe it or not!diet and exercise went well this week.i did my video aerobics a lot this week,and there is some moves when you punch your fists out and in. i was doing good, had power in my punches you know, got so into it that i wound up punching myself in the face! good thing i hit like a girl
68.5 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 0.5 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
