So it was my weigh in today and after working so hard all week I put on 1lb.. gutted :( I no it’s not a lot but I was really looking forward to getting on the scales to see how I done ☹️

Of course you can do it. Very small losses/gains and plateauing can dent the motivation a little, but you will get through it 🙂

Make sure you’re drinking plenty water!! I had this a couple weeks ago. walked miles a day, worked out 6/7 days a week! Ate 500 less calories than my bmr and I saw 1lb gain. I cried 😭 then I got told to drink more water. 2 days of the same stuff plus a hell of a lot more water and I dropped 0.5kg over night 😋 found out it was water weight because I wasn’t drinking anywhere near enough. Up the water and see if that helps. Good luck! Stay at it 🥳🥰😋
