COPY BEFORE ENTERING IN NEW WEIGHT!!!
it's been like 2 days since I have weighed myself I think I've lost weight. I don't know whether to weigh myself today, tomorrow, or both.
I needed a break from weighing myself on a broken scale, especially after crying over a <200 calorie breakfast.
I've been working out before I eat. I don't know if it burns more fat or not, could just be a myth.
I've been taking laxatives at night. for a few nights now, but I don't really feel a difference.
might just stick to the ole instant coffee and eggs trick if I feel like I need it.
I miss my family. We likely won't be having a week together this year bc of the pandemic. They still have my grandparents community on lockdown.
61.1 kg Lost so far: 22.5 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
