Well today is my very 1st day back on point with WW. I did pretty well today. I wrote down what I ate and entered my points correctly. I worked out for about 30 minutes. I didn't go crazy with my snack, because I have a real problem with snacks. I don't care how many points they are its like I can't control myself. But today I did pretty well.
79.4 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 18.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
